The food:
We take pride in serving fresh food sourced locally where possible. We use freshly-caught local fish, locally raised poultry, the finest Australian beef, and vegetables and spices from our own gardens, supplemented with produce fresh from the local markets.
The Menu:
Our set menu provides a selection of Balinese, Indonesian and Western food with plenty of vegetarian options.
Something Special?
If you want something special, not on the menu, our chefs will be happy to try to accommodate you. A wider range of traditional Balinese food may be available when the ingredients are freshly available.
Group Catering:
When it comes to retreats, functions and group events, regardless of how beautiful the setting, how intriguing the workshops or how comfortable your accommodation, if the food isn’t good, that is what people will remember! Our group event menu has been specifically designed to not only be nutritionally balanced, but one of the highlights of your event. Our event menu is available for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. We will work with you to customise the menu to your wishes. We can also cater to special dietary requirements. The Experience:
For your dining experience you can choose to dine in our new open-air Jepun Bali Restaurant, under the stars on our restaurant garden patio or on one of our terraces at the edge of the ocean, or on your own terrace in front of your room. Enjoy the smell of the flowers, watch the sunset, relax to the sound of the waves.
